How long is processing & shipping?

Processing is done within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Unless priority shipping is used, which takes approximately 1-3 business days. When your items are shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the current pandemic, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about an item you are looking to purchase, please feel free to request more pictures or inquire about dimensions. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so the issue can be rectified.

Can I request a certain charm or a custom charm?

If you wish to order custom charms, visit the "contact us" link & send an inquiry. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

Do you offer wholesale?

If you wish to make a wholesale purchase, visit the "contact us" link & send an inquiry. Purchasing wholesale allows you to receive a huge discount. Wholesale pricing requires at least 50+ charms. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a variety of discounts. Discounts will be posted at the top of the website. Special discounts will be given after purchases so be on the look out.
